Biography
Maxine is an Evolutionary Astrologer who has studied under world renowned Master Astrologer Steven Forrest. Maxine’s spiritual journey has included being a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda, as well as having studied past life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, palmistry with Ellen Goldberg of the School of the Oracles, and energy healing with Barbara Brennan.
In regard to more conventional studies, Maxine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a retired NYC School Psychologist and has also earned a 3rd master’s degree from Columbia University Teachers College in the design of educational materials.
Of all the methods for self-discovery, Maxine believes that Evolutionary Astrology is the optimal tool, based on its ability to help people identify past life issues and help guide them to manifest the highest version of the life they have come to live.
Evolutionary astrology answers the questions of- Who did you come here to be? Who are you really? And what gets in the way of you being your full self?
Maxine created Inner Calling Astrology to help illustrate how Astrology can light people’s paths to their own Inner Calling.
Maxine is an avid reader, a gifted writer, songwriter, musician, filmmaker, and is a champion for women’s rights. She is an animal lover and can often be seen taking long walks through nature or kayaking with her dogs.
